Is my data safe?
Yes. Every customer has isolated data, with daily backups and role-based access control. Your data is yours: it is never shared with other operations, nor with the other Trucksmile companies.
Is the TrucksmileApp a load board?
No. The TrucksmileApp is a management system (TMS): it organizes loads, fleet, documents, payments and compliance for your operation. It does not broker freight and does not replace the load platforms the industry uses — you keep booking your loads where you book them today, and the system handles everything around them.
Can I migrate from my spreadsheet or another system?
Yes. Our onboarding team imports your drivers, fleet and open loads. In most cases the operation is running on the system within a few days.
Which languages does the system support?
The platform and the driver app work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and support answers in all three.
How does support work?
