Trucksmile started inside the operation. One of the founders worked in the car hauling market in the United States, and year after year kept bringing more drivers along. He saw good people up close, folks who worked double and took care of their equipment, hand over the keys and give up. That's where the lesson that defined the company came from: what breaks a small car hauling carrier is almost never a lack of drive. It's the lack of good freight and the lack of management.

Working harder didn't fix it. As long as the operation relied on phone calls, spreadsheets and luck, there was a ceiling, and it came fast. That's why the partners decided to invest heavily in technology, quality and efficiency, so no driver would have to choose between driving and managing.

Today Trucksmile operates across the 48 continental states, with its own system for freight, payments and performance control, and solid partnerships with the leading platforms in the American market. Every load is sourced, priced and closed by systems that operate at scale and by people who know the route. On the other end of the line there's someone who speaks your language and calls you by name.

The road is still yours. What changes is that now you're not alone on it.

Today Trucksmile operates under its own authority. Every load we book runs under our MC, on our insurance, with our name on the bill of lading. The responsibility is ours, and that's how it should be.

We don't list the names here because the list changes every time the operation grows. But this is the group that turns "load available" into "payment in the account," every day, in three languages.

Dispatchers The ones who fight for your rate They wake up before the sun to grab the good load before it disappears from the platform. They negotiate with brokers in English, chain routes so you don't run empty, and know your rig by heart.

Admin The ones who organize the invisible Rate confirmation, BOL, insurance, a document about to expire, an invoice that has to go out today. If a piece of paperwork is late, your payment is late, and they simply don't let that happen.

Support The ones who pick up at the worst moment A car damaged at pickup, a broker who vanished, a tire on the I-95 at 2 in the morning. They answer in Portuguese, English and Spanish, no script and no "call during business hours."

They prefer the background, but every driver who rolls with us knows each of their names. And their cell number too.

Trucksmile is a group with three arms: TMILE Carrier hauls vehicles under its own authority, Trucks Mile Logistics dispatches for owner-operators with their own MC/DOT, and Trucksmile Technologies builds the TrucksmileApp, the management software that runs all of it.
